"Dawrati" is a leading marketing and coaching company in the Arab World dedicated to helping coaches and consultants market their coaching businesses and achieve their goals. We provide a range of coaching and marketing services designed to empower coaches and consultants and scale thier online coaching business. We manage multiple thought leaders in the coaching industry in MENA region, we are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our team remotely and contribute to our content and marketing efforts.

We are looking for a skilled Copywriter Facilitator to be part of our arabic coaching program where we teach coaches and consultants on marketing their online coaching business.

The ideal candidate will be an Arabic copywriter with expertise in creating compelling copy for landing pages, lead magnets, and social media, while also possessing the ability to andcoach our students.

The Copywriter Facilitator will lead daily coaching sessions (Monday to Friday) to our students in our coaching program, providing hands-on feedback and guidance to help them refine their copywriting skills. This role requires exceptional expertise in Arabic copywriting, a strong grasp of marketing principles, and the ability to teach others with positive energy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for various marketing materials, including website content, landing pages, email campaigns, Meta Ad copies, and more in Arabic.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns for the clients. 

  • Facilitate daily coaching sessions for students, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.

  • Guide students on best practices in Arabic copywriting, ensuring their work aligns with target audiences and marketing objectives.

  • Deliver actionable advice to help students understand what works in copywriting and why, as well as what needs.

  • Collaborate with our curriculum team to ensure coaching sessions align with the program's goals and content improvement.

  • Develop and share copywriting resources, templates, and tools to support students’ learning and progress.

  • Stay updated on copywriting and marketing trends, particularly within the Arabic-speaking markets, to provide relevant and up-to-date insights

  • Analyze student submissions, including landing pages, lead magnets, and social media copy, and advise on how to enhance clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.

  • Daily coaching sessions are conducted on time, with well-prepared feedback and actionable advice tailored to each student’s needs.

  • Reduction in common mistakes, such as unclear messaging, weak calls to action, or inconsistent tone.

  • Students actively participate in coaching sessions, feel supported in their learning journey, and express satisfaction with the feedback and guidance provided.

  • Student work reflects the learning objectives of the program and contributes to their ability to meet marketing and business goals.

  • Coaching sessions integrate seamlessly with the overall curriculum and enhance the learning experience.

  • Creation and distribution of copywriting resources, templates, and checklists to aid student learning.

  • Continuous improvement of resources based on student needs and feedback.

  • Assist in creating and delivering high-quality Arabic copy for exclusive client marketing campaigns, including landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, and social media content.

  • Ensure client campaigns meet the highest standards of copywriting excellence, aligning with brand messaging and marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

  • Regularly provide feedback to the program team on trends, challenges, and student progress to refine and enhance the coaching process.

  • Stay updated with the latest copywriting trends and marketing techniques to ensure both students and clients benefit from the most relevant strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role, minimum of 2 years.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Arabic and English.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing samples and successful marketing campaigns.

  • Proven experience in Arabic copywriting, particularly for landing pages, lead magnets, and social media campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and how to craft copy that converts.

  • Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or facilitating is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and provide actionable feedback.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and create a positive, supportive learning environment for students.

  • Creative, empathetic, and highly organized, with a passion for helping others.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using Google Drive, and AI tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience in the coaching industry is a plus.

  • People skills: You’re going to be talking with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert).

  • Integrity: Be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with prospects. And only enroll clients who’re a great fit. 

  • Leadership: You must always lead prospects to the best decision for them EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people. 

  • Proactive: Wherever you are in relation to your projections, you must know why. If you’re ahead, you must know what you’re doing well and what needs to be reinforced. If you’re behind, you must have the awareness to know WHY you're behind. Proactive behavior will create awareness. And your awareness will allow you to adjust your behavior to get the results. 

  • Attention to detail: You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is secondary to HITTING your numbers but still important. 

  • High standards: You’re tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore, YOU must live up to your own high standards. 

  • Poise: You’ll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which - a lot of times - can be life-changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them.
