"Dawrati" is a leading marketing and coaching company in the Arab World dedicated to helping coaches and consultants market their coaching businesses and achieve their goals. We provide a range of coaching and marketing services designed to empower coaches and consultants and scale thier online coaching business. We are seeking a talented and creative Media Buyer to join our team and contribute to our content and marketing efforts.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
-Develop and implement effective media buying strategies that target coaches, consultants, and course creators in the e-learning and education space.
-Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
-Utilize Hyros tracking software to monitor ad performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights for improving ROI.
-Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and budgets to drive performance and meet client objectives.
-Regularly analyze campaign data and metrics to provide strategic recommendations for scaling and optimizing ad spend.
Collaboration & Coordination:
-Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align ad content with brand messaging, target audience, and overall marketing strategies.
-Provide feedback on ad creatives and ensure campaigns are designed to meet specific conversion goals.
-Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure ad content resonates with the audience while maintaining brand standards.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
-Conduct detailed research and segmentation of audiences to ensure precise targeting across all platforms.
-Stay updated on platform algorithms, targeting options, and trends to maximize ad reach and performance for different target segments within the e-learning and coaching industries.
Budget Management:
-Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across various platforms, ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient while achieving KPIs.
-Prepare detailed budget plans, and forecast ad spend based on campaign goals, scaling strategies, and market trends.
Reporting & Client Communication:
-Provide regular performance reports to the management team, highlighting key metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and CPA.
-Offer insights and recommendations on how to optimize campaigns for future growth.
-Maintain open lines of communication with clients, keeping them informed of campaign performance and any necessary adjustments.
Market & Industry Research:
-Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the digital advertising and e-learning industries.
-Continuously research competitors, new advertising features, and tools that can enhance campaign performance in the education and coaching sectors.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in media buying, specifically in the e-learning and education industries.
Proven track record in running successful ad campaigns on Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
Strong understanding of Hyros or other tracking tools.
Fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to speak, read, and write comfortably in both languages.
Based in Dubai – this is an in-person role, not remote.

Proactive: Wherever you are in relation to your projections, you must know why. If you’re ahead, you must know what you’re doing well and what needs to be reinforced. If you’re behind, you must have the awareness to know WHY you're behind. Proactive behavior will create awareness. And your awareness will allow you to adjust your behavior to get the results.
Attention to detail: You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is secondary to HITTING your numbers but still important.
High standards: You’re tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore, YOU must live up to your own high standards.
Poise: You’ll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which - a lot of times - can be life-changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them.
This position is based in our new physical location in Dubai. Applicants must be currently reside in the area.
