We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online presence of both the "Dawrati" platform and the CEO Personal Brand "Sarah Refai".
This role requires someone with a deep understanding of social media algorithms, particularly across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, and the ability to drive strategic content that aligns with our brand values.
Lead content creation in Arabic, scheduling, and strategy development to drive engagement and growth.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives in Arabic.
Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and leveraging emerging social media trends.
Lead the social media team, including, Copywriters, Designers, and other contributors, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for each platform.
Optimize content to enhance visibility and drive quality leads.
Analyze key metrics and tweak the strategy as needed based on performance data.
Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Conduct research to understand target audiences, their needs, and preferences.
Use insights from audience research to create content that resonates with and engages the target audience.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and marketing materials.
Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive and effective marketing materials.
Oversee the creation, curation, and management of all published content (images, video, written, and audio) across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales opportunities.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content calendars, ad campaigns, and special initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media, content marketing, and digital strategy.
Track and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Drive consistent and significant growth in followers, engagement, and conversions across all social media platforms.
Ensure a cohesive and positive brand presence on all social media chanels, aligned with our business goals and values.
Successfully execute campaigns that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.
Maintain a high standard of content quality and brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Guide the Social Media Strategy ensuring it alisgs with our business objectives.
Proficiency in both Arabic (as native language) and English (writing and reading) is essential as all content will be produced in Arabic.
Minimim 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to effectively utilize each for business growth.
Leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create and edit engaging content.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
