We’re looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with a strong eye for visual storytelling and technical expertise in post-production. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in color grading, working with *ProRes RAW footage, and adding **graphic elements* to enhance the final visual product.
You will work closely with our creative team to bring our visual projects to life with a polished, cinematic look and engaging motion design.
Your Responsibilities
* Edit and assemble high-quality video content from ProRes RAW footage.
Perform advanced color grading*, ensuring consistency and aesthetic alignment with the project's tone and mood.
Work fluently across different color spaces* (Rec.709, Rec.2020, etc.) for proper delivery across platforms.

Design and integrate motion graphics and visual elements* to support storytelling.
Collaborate with directors and producers to implement feedback and creative direction.
Manage post-production timelines and deliver projects on schedule.
Organize and maintain media assets and project files efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience as a video editor in a professional or agency setting.
Proficiency with industry-standard software FCPX preferred or (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Deep understanding of color grading workflows
Comfortable working with ProRes RAW footage* and maintaining visual quality throughout post.
Familiarity with color spaces and LUTs*; ability to troubleshoot color pipeline issues.
Strong design sense and ability to create clean, modern graphic elements and animations*.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback.

If you’re behind, you must have the awareness to know WHY you're behind. Proactive behavior will create awareness. And your awareness will allow you to adjust your behavior to get the results.
Attention to detail: You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is secondary to HITTING your numbers but still important.
High standards: You’re tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore, YOU must live up to your own high standards.
Poise: You’ll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which - a lot of times - can be life-changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them.
